第三届国际信息工程会议(2011)会议背景：
ICIE2011将于2011年8月13日至14日在中国陕西省西安市举行。ICIE2011将为信息工程及其相关领域的研究人员和实际应用开发人员提供一个领先的国际论坛平台，让大家分享最新的研究成果和实际应用中积累的经验。
这次大会的主题是信息工程及应用，包括先进计算、网络与通信、信息安全、虚拟现实与数字媒体技术、微电子技术、现代服务六个方面。这次大会的特色是受邀发言的专家会对此领域具有重要意义的论题进一步探究，与会议同时出版的期刊杂志和海报将会涵盖很广范围的论题和论点，包括由具体的主题延伸出的已经发表的论文和特殊会议记录。
ICIE2011论文集将根据论文主题由IEEE、AppliedMechanicsandMaterials和academypublisher出版，所有录用的论文将被EICompendex,ISTP检索。会议将推荐80~120篇优秀文章至EI,SCI期刊，我们诚邀您提交所有有关信息工程及延伸领域的论文。
